Nicole has an amazing story.  It is one of inspiration, leadership, and following a sense of what is right regardless of the personal risks.

Nicole was a camper at MSC from a young age and you could see that she had something special going on - even at the age of 9 and 10.  She continued as a camper for several years while also playing youth soccer at a high level.  Nicole was asked to join the MSC staff as a Gopher at about the age of 14.  Eventually she joined the staff as a regular staff member in 2000.

Nicole became the captain of her high school team - Clearwater Central Catholic High School - and led them to many successes.  She went on to Northwestern University in Chicago.  Then her life took a turn that no one - least of all herself - could see coming.

Nicole applied for and won a Fulbright Scholarship upon graduation from Northwestern.  Her vision was to help young girls that need the most help discover the power within themselves that they truly possess and to do so through sport.  Nicole moved to Casablanca, Morocco to execute her vision.  When a year passed and it was time to leave - she couldn't.  Nicole had started too many projects and gotten involved with too many people that needed help.  She stayed for 10 years.

Nicole joined Women Win... an organization that she works with today.  She is now based in Clearwater but she travels the world on behalf of Women Win to help that organization realize it's mission - To Equip Adolescent Girls to Exercise Their Rights Through Sport - and it's vision - By 2018 2 million girls realize their Leadership potential through sport.

Nicole will make a sensational return to the MSC staff in Session 2, 2017 after a 15-year absence.
